After graduating with a degree in Development Studies and the Study of Religion Joe started his career running the recruitment departments for a number of fundraising companies. However, he quickly found that he needed something more connected to the natural world. Joe decided to make a dramatic change and found himself living in a yurt in the grounds of an Eco Centre. Taking on the role of Site Manager and becoming responsible for the welfare of the grounds and a variety of farm animals. This has developed into a variety of interesting roles and exciting opportunities, including developing administrative systems, supporting people with learning differences at a local care farm, building websites, producing high end firework displays and supporting the online presence of a number of small local businesses.
For Seeding Hope Joe is the fixer, helping to make the plans reality. Planning & organising people, equipment, computer wrangling, anything needed to get the job done!
